Agreement terms and conditions
Lovira Oy is a Finnish company that distributes light therapy glasses manufactured by Novalogy Ltd. Lovira Oy is entitled to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. Orders are always subject to agreement terms and conditions valid at the time of order, which can be read at lovira.fi.
The online shop accepts the following payment methods:
– All Finnish online payment banks: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, POP Pankki, Aktia, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken and S-Pankki
– Card payment: Visa, Visa Electron and Mastercard
– Collector invoice/monthly payments
The payment transfer service, Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7), is a reliable and secure provider working in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj will be the creditor on the bank statement or credit card invoice. They forward the payment to Lovira Oy. Paytrail Oyj is a licensed payment service provider. The seller is responsible for all trade-related obligations.

Products are delivered to the address stated by the payer by parcel post. The parcel can be picked up from the mail office with the arrival notice.
The delivery time in Finland is approximately 2-5 business days. The delivery time to other countries is approximately 3-6 business days.
We deliver our products free of charge in Finland. Shipments abroad are subject to a fixed € 10.00 delivery charge per product shipment.

By ordering products you agree to the terms of delivery. We only sell products to adult consumers.

You can return your order within 14 days of the arrival of the product. You should always inform the customer service at email@example.com about the return.
The product must be returned in its original packaging in merchantable condition. Make sure to keep the delivery parcel or pack the product in other shipping material in case of returning the product.
The product to be returned must contain the receipt from the original shipment, all parts of the product, including instruction manuals and packaging materials. The product must be in its original condition. If the product has been handled negligently, the customer will be responsible for the decrease in value of the product up to its full value.
Include your customer number and address information in the return package and send it by mail to: Lovira Oy, Eerinkinkatu 6a C30, 20100 Turku. The person returning the product is responsible for the return shipping and its postage costs. Keep the receipt you received from the return shipment. A refund of the product is made to the customer with the payment method used in the original order, unless otherwise agreed with the customer. We will refund your order within 14 days of receipt and processing of your order at Lovira Oy.
An uncollected shipment is not the same as returning the product. If a customer fails to collect the order from the post office, he or she will be charged the actual delivery and handling costs incurred to Lovira Oy. In this case, the customer is credited with the value of the order minus the delivery and handling costs.
Warranty and operating instructions
The warranty is determined by the warranty terms specified by the manufacturer. The warranty provider is responsible for the correctness, function and other qualitative criteria set for the product. The 12-month warranty period is deemed to commence on the date of delivery of the product. The shipping note accompanying the delivery also functions as a warranty certificate and should be retained throughout the warranty period. A prerequisite for excercising your warranty rights is that you have fulfilled the obligations regarding the delivery and use of the product. The customer is obliged to read the user manual supplied with the product before using the product. Further warranty terms are included in the product packaging.
Read the user manual carefully. Bright light therapy is not suitable for everyone, for example, those who suffer from eye diseases or light sensitivity.
Complaints and defective products
If you have received a defective product, please contact our customer service as soon as possible; firstname.lastname@example.org. We will agree on the necessary measures on a case-by-case basis; repair, replacement or refund. In the event of a fault that is the seller’s responsibility, the seller will replace or repair the product at its cost within a reasonable time. The seller’s liability for damages is always capped at the purchase price of the defective products or inadequate deliveries.
